Would you donate for access to CoovaAAA special features?

Given the interest in the "Household Usage" topic I suspect that like me you are interested in features such as access codes with recurring data limits being included.
I suspect Coova is waiting for a big commercial partner to take an interest in their commercial CoovaAAA product b4 addressing this and other features. So I'd like to test reader response to another idea.
The idea is this: Users make a donation to Coova and in response they get a licence key which gives them access to special features in CoovaAAA.
What do you think?
Looking forward to reading your comments. :D

You might take a look at Wallwatcher, I believe it might work off of logging. It will no do limiting, but you might at least know when your peaking or have reached some limit.

Re: Would you donate for access to CoovaAAA special features

David, thanks for your reply. As you can see I'm really looking forward to having the features I mentioned supported. However I appreciate that there is not a really big demand for them. I suppose most visitors/members don't have to deal with download quotas and high services prices like we do in Australia. I'll just have to wait.
The_Anomaly, yes setting things up is a struggle but I think you'll find Coova is worth putting some extra effort into. There really is nothing else out there that is comparable.

Re: Would you donate for access to CoovaAAA special features

Uncle John, we are not requesting donations, but thanks for the interest. At the moment, we are busy with other development. The_Anomaly, glad to hear you found something that works for you. WiFiDog is a great project, especially for those who find Chilli and RADIUS too difficult.

Re: Would you donate for access to CoovaAAA special features

Absolutely not!

Support for this app is terrible. Many of the problems I've experienced have been posted by others and there are many still with no replies or successful help. My previous post has been around for a whole month almost with no reply. I'm a bit wary of supporting a system that cannot help me when I'm in trouble. I've moved away from the whole CoovaAAA thing and am using wifidog. Had a bug and they fixed it same day! Wow!

Sorry, no go for me.
