Where to setup Internet Service provider

1. Dynamic DNS, is this the place where i have to setup my Internet Service Provider?

No, that's where you (optionally) configure your dynamic DNS (if you are using a dyn dns service). You configure you ISP in Network / WAN - typically this is set to DHCP (assuming your modem or different router serves up IPs using DHCP).
