RADIUS Testing Tool

In the JRadius project, there is JRadiusSimulator, a RADIUS simulator. This Java desktop application provides an easy to use graphical user interface to build and send RADIUS Authentication, Accounting, CoA, and Disconnect requests. It supports a variety of authentication protocols including PAP, CHAP, MS-CHAP, EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, and EAP-TTLS/PAP.

Launch JRadiusSimulator now via Web Start.

See JRadius for downloading the source.

WISPr Testing Tool

Using a java applet, here is a WISPr login test client. It is designed to be used behind an access controller and captive portal. The client is designed to test the WISPr method of authenticating at public WiFi hotspots. It requires extra permissions than your typical Applet in order to access a URL outside of the "walled-garden" of the hotspot. For this reason, the Applet is signed with a self-signed X509 certificate.

The client can also help protect your username and password (given to you by your service provider) from WISPs or location owners of the various locations you visit. It does this by utilizing a one-time username and password and an authentication proxy server.

The source code is available here.

CoovaFX

The same concept, but wrapped nicely into a Firefox extension; the Coova Firefox Extension.
